Vimala Raman is a south Indian actress and model. The actress was born on 23 January 1980 in Sydney, Australia. At the tender age of five, began her training in Bharatanatyam from Natanalaya Dance Academy in Sydney. Vimala bag the Miss India Australia title in 2004 and was titled as Miss India Australia Cyber Queen. Vimala Raman is a well known Bharatanatyam dancer and actress in Kollywood and Malayalam cinema.
She made her debut opposite actor in Malayalam actor Suresh Gopi. And later appeared with Ajmal Amir in Pranayakalam and Mammooty and Dileep in Nasrani and Romeo respectively. It has a character named Smitha Calcutta News directed by Blessy. Vimala also carried out with the actor Mohanlal in College Kumaran. The actress was in Aptha Rakshakadirected by P.
